The “Trail Tested” Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Our gear is made to inspire more time outside, less stress, and better days on the trail. But hey — sometimes things don’t go as planned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Here’s how it works:

  • If something arrives damaged or defective, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery of your purchase
  • Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Reach out to us at support@trailtherapyclub.com and we’ll help you out

Sometimes things don't come out exactly as they should. While every item is printed and inspected before shipping, occasional production defects such as print quality issues, misaligned graphics, or damaged garments can happen. If you believe your item has a printing or alignment defect, we'll work with our production partner to review it and make things right.

To help us evaluate the issue, please include:

  • Clear photos of the entire front and/or back of the garment laid flat on a level surface.
  • Photos showing a tape measure or ruler placed straight across or alongside the design so placement and alignment can be accurately measured.
  • Close-up photos of any printing defects, such as blurry prints, missing ink, color issues, peeling, or other visible problems.

Please note that slight variations in design placement are a normal part of the printing process. Design alignment and placement variations of up to ½ inch are considered within acceptable production tolerances and are not considered defects by our printing partner.

Providing these photos with your claim helps us quickly determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Ordered the wrong size or color? 

We totally understand — it happens. While we can’t offer full refunds for ordering mistakes, we’re happy to help with an exchange or offer a discount on a replacement item whenever possible. Just reach out and we’ll do our best to help get you trail-ready.
