Processing Time
All Trail Therapy Club tees are made to order.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 days of placing your order.
During peak seasons (holidays, Q4, major sales), orders may take 3 to 5 business days to ship.
Once your item is printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped immediately.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your has been dispatched.

- Domestic (US): 3 to 5 business days after shipment
Delays & Peak Seasons
Because we are a made-to-order model, production times may increase during:
- Holiday seasons (especially November-December)
- Major promotional events
- Unexpected carrier delays
We always do our best to keep things moving quickly and will communicate if significant delays occur.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:
- You may be responsible for re-shipping fees
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation
- Include photos (if applicable)
